• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can charms and statues seen in your store be made in other colors?

  I make all my polymer clay items by hand and with out molds. So if you would like something that you see made in another color please feel free to contact me and ask for it in that color.

• Can I get a larger quantity of items then what its currently available?

  Depends on the item. Some items are so unique that I wouldn't be able to make multiple that look like each other. All items are hand made and contain slight imperfections, differences and other unique qualities that happen when things are made by hand. I don't use molds so large special orders take longer to full before shipping. To place such an order please contact me directly.

• I love your items but could you make this...?

  Maybe.. If you want a special item made that is similar to what I already make then it is possible that I can make what you are asking for. Just message me with what you are wanting.. include color(s) size and any other special things you are wanting.
